Snakes are elongated, legless, carnivorous reptiles of the suborder Serpentes that can be distinguished from legless lizards by their lack of eyelids and external ears.
Like all squamates, snakes are ectothermic, amniote vertebrates covered in overlapping scales.

Nepal being a predominantly agricultural society, the senior female member played a commanding role within the family by controlling resources, making crucial planting and harvesting decisions, and determining the expenses and budget allocations. Yet women's lives remained centered on their traditional roles —taking care of most household chores, fetching water and animal fodder, and doing farm work. Their standing in society was mostly contingent on their husbands' and parents' social and economic positions. They had limited access to markets, productive services, education, health care, and local government. Malnutrition and poverty hit women hardest. Women usually worked harder and longer than men. By contrast, women from high-class families had maids to take care of most household chores and other menial work and thus worked far less than men or women in lower socioeconomic groups. But economic prosperity alone, decision making was left to the men in the family. The economic contribution of women was substantial, but largely unnoticed because their traditional role was taken for granted. When employed, their wages normally were 25 percent less than those paid to men. In most rural areas, their employment outside the household generally was limited to planting, weeding, and harvesting. In urban areas, those migrating from rural areas or with a lower economic status were employed in domestic and traditional jobs, as well as in the government sector, mostly in low-level positions.
An amendment of 1975 to the civil code introduced the first clear provision on property rights for women. It ruled that a woman who remained unmarried up to 35 years of age had a right to inherit property. In 2002, a bill was passed in 2002 that granted women the right to inherit property from birth, specifying however that at the time of marriage any property must be returned to the parent's family, with the wife obtaining equal right to her husband's property instead. The 2002 bill included also other provisions on women's rights, in particular granting a woman the right to divorce under certain conditions, a legalization of abortion, and increased punishments for rapists.[2] The Interim Constitution 2063 of Nepal has some provisions to uplift status of women, the constitution says that a daughter can get equal parental property as son if she asks, even a women can divorce with husband and get 50% of property of husband after divorce, a child can acquire citizenship in the name of his/her mother too, in every governmental office 20% quota for female must be preserved and 33% of seats are preserved in parliament for women. These all efforts are done so that women can be in mainstream politics of country and else be socially and economically strong.

Guaranteed vs. Non-Guaranteed Permanent Life Insurance Policies
Fifty years ago, most life insurance policies sold were guaranteed and offered by mutual fund companies. Choices were limited to term, endowment or whole life policies. It was simple, you paid a high, set premium and the insurance company guaranteed the death benefit. All of that changed in the 1980s. Interest rates soared, and policy owners surrendered their coverage to invest the cash value in higher interest paying non-insurance products. To compete, insurers began offering interest-sensitive non-guaranteed policies.
Guaranteed versus Non-Guaranteed Policies
Today, companies offer a broad range of guaranteed and non-guaranteed life insurance policies. A guaranteed policy is one in which the insurer assumes all the risk and contractually guarantees the death benefit in exchange for a set premium payment. If investments underperform or expenses go up, the insurer has to absorb the loss. With a non-guaranteed policy the owner, in exchange for a lower premium and possibly better return, is assuming much of the investment risk as well as giving the insurer the right to increase policy fees. If things don’t work out as planned, the policy owner has to absorb the cost and pay a higher premium.

Here in this video you can see something that seems vulgar yet funny. This is the n@ughiest prank that you could ever see. Here you can see a girl who is blind enters into the Men’s changing room. She opens her entire outfit and gets n*@ked that is clearly shown in this video. - See more at: http://nagrikpost.com/super-funny-video-of-blind-girl-changes-dresses/#sthash.CXkm46Pe.dpuf
She gets n*ude thinking that there is only girl left in that room. And she keeps on moving here and there inside that room as she was blind and there was no one present to guide her the way.
After that she gets out of the bathroom and search her clothes, there were many males present there who were $h)cked to see her but no one told her the things they kept on seeing her. Even some of them were enjoying to see her n*aked. That’s the man’s nature when they see the n*ude girl alive in front of them they gets slipped away like in this video. But at the end one of the man gives her the towel to cover her body.

Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli today has said that the activities to change the government were a conspiracy against the country. Speaking in a program organized by the Pushpalal Memorial Foundation on the occasion of 38th Memorial Day of Pushpalal today in the capital, PM Oli said that the conspiracy was made by different power centers to destabilize the politics and aiming at disturbing the election process so as to make the country without representatives. He added that the opposition parties were also creating hindrances to amend the existing acts and developing new acts required for elections. PM Oli added that the Nepal communist party’s founder general secretary Shrestha’s thoughts were being propagated worldwide and people’s leader Madan Bhandari made it time- relative propounding the doctrine of People’s Multi-Party Democracy. Stating that the CPN (UML) will play effective role to institutionalize the achieved success, he said “We were entangled in a kind of labyrinth but we will get victory over it.” - See more at: http://www.npnewsportal.com/second-day-in-parliament-accused-of-mental-abuse/#sthash.H3MuqjzW.dpuf

The South Korean human resource department has allocated 5,700 jobs to Nepali workers for 2014 under the Employment Permit System ( EPS ). The workers will be selected from a roster of some 9,700 aspirant Nepali migrants who have successfully completed the Korean language test. South Korea had hired 5,234 Nepali migrants in 2013. Korea Employment Permit System ( EPS ) in Nepal said the quotas will be applicable to those who will work in the manufacturing sector. The ceiling allocated to Nepali workers is the fourth largest in terms of quantity after Cambodia, Indonesia, and Thailand. South Korea currently hires workers from fifteen countries under the EPS and plans to hire some 53,000 workers this year. Around 64,000 were hired last year. Lee Dong Sirk, human resource director at the Korea EPS centre in Nepal, said his government has given priority to Nepali workers despite overall fall in job demands due to their good track records and the tendency to return back home. “Those who have three years of work experience in Korea can apply again after passing the special Korea language test. The recruitment process has been simplified for such workers,” Lee told reporters on Friday. The EPS centre in Nepal holds a special language test every three months. The upcoming test will be held on March 12 and the exam forms can be collected from February 26 to March 2. The result of the test will be published on March 31. For both fresh workers and reentrants, successfully completing the Korean language test alone does not guarantee a job in Korea, the centre added. “We request the aspirant migrants not to be misled and leave the job in hand unless they receive the labour contract. Passing the language only qualifies workers to to be enlisted in the roster and a skill test enhances their chance of selection,” said Lee. The South Korean government has increased the minimum salary of migrant workers by seven percent. - See more at: http://www.npnewsportal.com/eps-nepal-korea/#sthash.ZSXPbn5q.dpuf

Term Policies
Term life insurance is guaranteed. The premium is set at issue and clearly stated right in the policy. An annual renewable term policy has a premium that goes up every year. A level term policy has an initially higher premium that does not change for a set period, usually 10, 20 or 30 years, and then becomes annual renewable term with a premium based on your attained age.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said he was mulling over the latest political developments triggered by the decision of the ruling partner CPN (Maoist Centre) to withdraw support to him. “I received the letter sent by the CPN (MC) and thinking how we can sort out problems on it,” PM Oli said this while exiting from his Office earlier today. He had held an informal meeting with members of his cabinet members after the Maoist’s decision to quit the government. Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Bhim Rawal has said the Maoist’s decision to quit the government has violated the 14-point agreement they had before the formation of the present government. He argued that the recent political development has not dampened the national agenda of political stability and constitution implementation. “We will hold serious discussion within the party, and with other parties before taking any concrete decision,” added the DPM. - See more at: http://www.tajavideo.co/videos/prime-minister-kp-sharma-oli-power-news-with-prem-baniya/#sthash.roDOIxjL.dpuf

A district court has issued a notices to global search giant Google, its CEO and its India head for portraying Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a search query. The query which became topic of discussion back in June 2015, listed an images of PM Modi (among others) when a search query for ‘top 10 criminals in the world’ was executed on the search engine.
Additional District Judge (ADJ) Mahtab Ahmed issued a notice to Google’s CEO and its India head, who had initially filed an approach for the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) according to The Hindustan Times.
The complaint was filed by advocate Sushil Kumar Mishra and the hearing for the same will be held on 31 August.
Mishra had reportedly written to Google asking the search giant to remove the listing, but seemed to have got no response. The advocate even went to the police, who also did not register the case, post which he moved an application before the CJM.
Back then, Google had put out an apology as a spokesperson from Google commented, “Sometimes, the way images are described on the internet can yield surprising results to specific queries. We apologise for any confusion or misunderstanding this has caused. We’re continually working to improve our algorithms to prevent unexpected results like this,”.
